Have a Chatbot Create Your Healthcare Chatbot

SmartBot360 has been offering healthcare chatbots for years. Chatbots have become popular due to their simplicity of use; users don’t have to wait on the line, install apps, or login to a web page to use them.
So we thought it would only be appropriate to offer the same simplicity to candidate customers of SmartBot360, who want to quickly create a healthcare bot to check if it is right for them.
For that, we created a chatbot, called Trialbot, available at https://smartbot360.com/create-chatbot, which helps healthcare customers create their own unique customized chatbot in a few minutes by just answering a few questions.
Trialbot’s account creation phase
Trialbot first asks the user for their name and email address to create a free trial account. It then continues by picking the most suitable bot template for the user’s healthcare organization. For example, templates include bots for dentists, plastic surgeons, chiropractors, podiatrists, counselors and more. Finally, Trialbot asks a few questions to personalize the chatbot. For example, it asks for the accepted insurances and hours of operation.
Trialbot’s customization phase
Trialbot uses all this information to build a unique bot for the user. Trialbot displays to the user an HTML snippet, to be copy-pasted to a web site to embed the newly created bot.
Using Trialbot, the user can start chatting with their own unique personalized chatbot in minutes. The user can then login to their SmartBot360 Management Dashboard account to further customize the looks of the flow of the bot.
The bots generated through Trialbot specialize in patient screening and acquisition, as seen in the below example.
