Create Multilingual Chatbots

To create a chatbot in a language other than English, in addition to entering the content of the chatbot in the preferred language (e.g. Spanish), you need to set the language of the bot to the right language, so the platform knows how to translate system messages, such a “Continue” button or “Click here to schedule an appointment” for the Acuity Scheduling integration.

To do that, for Flow bots, open the Settings popup and select the right language, as shown below.

 
 

For different types of bots, you can select the language at the bottom of the bot settings page.

Spanish is currently supported. If you need system support for another language, please contact us.

For superadmins: The translation of system messages is specified in the Superadmin Actions page.
