Google Analytics integration

SmartBot360 makes it easy to have bots track an event category or an event action for Google Analytics. This feature only works for Web-bots.

Note that sending information to third parties like Google based on the responses or engagement pattern of a user may violate HIPAA, so use this box only if you understand these risks.

Step 1

Go to SETTINGS→Integrations and add your Google Analytics ID, or Google Analytics 4 ID.

STEP 2

Add a Google Analytics box to your flow diagram, at the position where you want the bot to track the user. Then, enter the event category and event action in the Google Analytics box.

Step 3

Select Save&Deploy as usual to generate a snippet to paste to your Web page.
