Google Sheets integration
SmartBot360 makes it easy to integrate with Google Sheets. Specifically, SmartBot360 will periodically (every 6 hours) write the 5,000 most recent chat users (along with all their fields such as firstname, lastname, phone, email, and so on) to the specified Google Sheet. Note that this Google Sheet will be overwritten at each sync cycle.
Also note that, as with any integration, you are responsible to verify the HIPAA compliance of the application where you are exporting data.
Step 1
Go the SmartBot360 Dashboard, go to SETTINGS→Integrations, then to Google Sheets and copy the service email address with which you will share your spreadsheet to give access to SmartBot360.
STEP 2
Go to Google Drive and create a new Google spreadsheet to be used to save the SmartBot360 users. Share the spreadsheet with the service email from Step 1, and give it the role “EDITOR”.
Copy the spreadsheet ID, as you will need it later.
step 3
Go the SmartBot360 Dashboard, go to SETTINGS→Integrations, then to Google Sheets and paste the Spreadsheet ID in the corresponding box. Click Save.
