SmartBot360 makes it easy to have bots find a lead’s info in TotalLeadDomination.

integration setup

Go to the Management Dashboard. Go to the SETTINGS page, and under Integrations select TLD. Specify your TLD account information as shown below. Note that all fields are required.

Then click the Save Changes button.

get LEAD info

Go to CHATBOTS to create a Flow Diagram bot. The bot must collect either the user’s phone number, date of birth, or last 4 digits of their social security number. If the lead is successfully found, their info will be stored in the fields specified. If no lead is found, the bot will follow the failure path. For all other errors including API or date formatting errors, the bot will follow the default path. You can use the User Profile box to collect user profile information as shown below.
