6.       You are all set! Now visit your Web page and see your chatbot in action.

Next steps

After you have created your first chatbot you can:

  1. Monitor in real time its usage by going to CHATS. Takeover the conversation from the chatbot and start directly chatting with the user. Simply type a message in the chat textbox.

  2. Set email or SMS notifications when a user is using a chatbot. For that, go to SETTINGS -> Notifications.

  3. Have a chatbot schedule an appointment

  4. Integrate with Zendesk, Salesforce, Hubspot, Keap or SharpSpring.

  5. Process payments

  6. Create SMS-based chatbot campaigns, and then assign them to users either manually or automatically through chatbots.

  7. Add user authentication for Web bots

  8. View analytics or export data by going to the ANALYTICS page. From there you can also view the unanswered questions for FAQ bots and add answers to them to continuously improve the bots’ understanding.

  9. Manage accounts and access rights in SETTINGS-> Flags and Agents pages. You can use Flags to specify which chats should be visible by which agents.

  10. Track conversions by marking key states in your chatbots, for example, when a patient makes an appointment.

  11. Solicit evaluation surveys from users on their satisfaction from the chatbot or live chat.
